ITI এর প্রশিক্ষকরা তাদের প্রশিক্ষণার্থীদের কথা মাথায় রেখে কি ভাবে তাদের প্রশিক্ষনের মান উন্নত করা যায় এই বিষয়ে সম্মিলিত ভাবে তত্পর হয়েছেন l প্রত্যেক প্রশিক্ষক আজ তাদের অবসর সময়ে workshop পরিদর্শন এবং তার পাশাপাশি পঠন পাঠনের গুণমান যাচাই করলেন এবং Weekly Trade Appraisal Report জমা করলেন |তাদের এই প্রোচেষ্টা অবশ্যই প্রতিষ্ঠান কে উন্নতির পথে আরো এক ধাপ এগিয়ে রাখবে l
